Meet Our Staff
Ashlyn is a PATH Int’l Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, PATH Int'l Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, our Equine Manager, the PATH Int'l NC State Chair, and co-founder of MMTHC. She has been active in the EAAT field since high school, when she began volunteering as a way to spend more time around horses, but quickly grew to love seeing the joy on the students’ faces and decided that this was what she was meant to do. Ashlyn's vision for MMTHC is to see many people's lives touched through a wide range of EAAT programs, and that there will be something to offer everyone who comes to the program. Not only does Ashlyn work at MMTHC, she also teaches music lessons, as well as play the organ at her church. When Ashlyn isn't busy working, playing with her horses or working on the farm, she can probably be found swinging around at the local ninja gym!
Sherri is a PATH Int’l Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Certified Interactive Vaulting Instructor, PATH Int'l Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, PATH Int'l Mentor, Masterson Method Equine Specialist, PATH Int'l Region 3 Representative, our Program Director, and a MMTHC co-founder. Sherri is dedicated to seeing the EAAT industry grow and always holds her programs to the highest standards. Her vision for MMTHC is to provide a place for people with disabilities to come and accomplish goals that they never knew they were capable of. When Sherri isn't working at the program, she is usually outside gardening, spending time with her husband, busy being a mommy to Mackenzie or playing with her dogs.
